I got stuck there too as I skipped a rope that seemed to be blocked... Anyway, I couldn't get a map but I found this link and it helped: hope it works for u too!

there is no full map for Tangar. however, the gamemaster once said, go everywhere you can, climb or slip down. the exit, as I remember, before the second bridge is to the north west. but it is not necessary a direct northwest-ward. good luck
