He says he will teach a powerful spell to all of the SWORDSMEN in my party
so does that mean I have to fight him with Random,Chaz,Lisa and Scott?

Yes, Random, Chaz, and Lisa can definitely all learn the Burning Sky skill, but I just tested it with Scott, and he doesn't learn it! I haven't tested it with every other character, though. And you can only fight him once, so yeah, you'll have to fight him with that party if you want all of the possible characters to learn it! I don't think anyone else learns it, but like I said, I haven't tested it with everyone yet!

I just don't understand who he defines as "swordsman" and who doesn't?
Random,Chaz and Lisa is obvious but is there someone else?(Arts Sarah?)

I tried Sarah(Arts) did not learn the Burning Sky skill when I killed him so I relaoded and foguth with chaz and random. I'm playing on a not imported save so I didn't have Lisa to test with her.
From the looks of the chars maybe Jezzie could. She is Ax-Wieldr but she can use swords so might be a good idea to try with her.
