House of pain

Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble getting into the house of pain, Coryool says he needs his brother to help and one of the walk throughs says it's Doghmaar.

Doghmaar is in my quest book as a comrade, did I miss an opportunity, or am I missing something else.

Escort Daghmaar - He's in the Coliseum, and needs to be brought to the Inn of Benediction in Metrolia. He's a big guy in black armor. As long as you have him, make sure you put Coryool in your party and then open the doors to the House of Pain. This is your only chance to open those doors!

Ok thanks, lost opportunity then as I've already been to the Inn of Benediction I guess the mapping for this one will have to wait until I get a chance to replay LP3.

Ah a shame I'm guessing he's no longer at the coliseum to be escorted anywhere?

Unfortunately no.

I dont think I have a save file with the house of pain opened, only ones with it being cleared out.

I have a save file too, before the fight with Machine:) If anyone wants, I can send it. By the way - was the glitch with the last Eye of Judgement fixed? I remember that earlier the last eye (before the Machine) was respawning and you could easily earn 99 zombie eyes from it. Seems like it's not respawning any more. Pity.

Oh, one more hint : taking Baretta inside is A MUST. I think every single chest found till the boss is trapped ><

When I'm mapping I try not to check anything (makes the screen shots better), then I go back and try to find everything.

Now I know to go outside and get Baretta in my teem when I want to put in locations, way to go!

No problem, you know how many times I got killed because of the damn traps? For now, the only ones that seem to not be trapped are the two in the upper corner of the blood floor, the one in the lower corner and the one hidden in a wall which you can find only with Baretta I think (NOT the one you see next to those two chest.) Oh, and the one next to the Machine is safe.

The worst trap seems to be next to the girl attacked by a robot (next to the blood floor) as even Baretta can't disarm it. Later I'll check the chest with Coryool.

Hmmm...that's funny, I had no trouble with Baretta along. Maybe I missed something.

Hmm, on your map, it seems that you forgot that secret room right before the room with The Machine. I think Baretta can detect it, but I can't remember for certain.

Yes, you missed that one. There is a secret room hidden behind the wall just before the room with machine (Baretta can spot it), there is a chest with Terror amulet and some ingredients.
