Escort quest (Guild of the Unknown)

Hey! First of all, it's great that this community is, somehow, active after all this years I think I'll stick to this forums after I get my internet back (I am posting this topic via cellphone lol).

Now, the question : How to escort the guy to the ruins ? I have the quest in the questbook but nothing happens when I check the ruins, so, I can't advance in ranking in this guild :\ (btw, I've already killed Rixian, does it have something something to do with this? Do I need to do these rank quests before Lucida? I hope not :c)

as for the quest, I never tried to complete it after day 8, so I don't know if it's broken after lucida.

but considering the outcome of the quest when you take him to the ruins behind the Giant's tower(won't spoil) I can understand why the quest may be bugged.

That answer was fast haha, thanks! Well, if the quest is broken after lucida then it's sad news for me, btw, I don't know what happens in this quest, but apparently, there's some blood on the grass in the ruins. Thanks for answering mate!
