The numbers of places I refer here are from the maps (World Map and Metrolian Map) already posted in the forum.
I’ll use WMap for places numbered in the World Map, and MMap for places numbered in Metrolia.
ATTENTION: SOME OF THEM WON’T JOIN YOU IF YOU DON’T ACCEPT THEM AT THE FIRST TIME!
Here starts the list:
1 – Wendala’s Potion – Gives 60HP to Wendala. You’ll be able to get it once you get the paintings from Merlin.
He is in his house, Merlin’s Art (WMap 81). If you take Wendala with you, he’ll do it for free :p
2 – Kerr - He is a useless doctor since your HQ restores you when you step on it.
You’ll find him in the Centaur Fortress (WMap 10) after killing all the centaurs there.
3 – Constance – Can be found in the Pet Shop (WMap 76)
4 – Scott, the Mercenary. This one is a party member Smile
5 – Alise - She can be found on that house where the beast’s owner was hiding, South-East of Galofaro Tree (WMap 97).
She’ll find a Diamond of Zerox, in day 14 and she’ll give it to you!
6 – The Piano – You can buy this from Kiefer, it costs 70.000PP. Kiefer is in Lalyula Inn (WMap 108)
7 – Gia – As well with Genie, she can be found in the House of Pain (WMap 7Cool.
I think that one of them has to be saved before killing the place’s Lord,
and the other is in a room accessible with a key the place’s Lord gives you after dying.
The one you have to save first is on the east side of the House. Many treasures hidden, explore!
8 – Genie – As well with Gia, she can be found in the House of Pain (WMap 7Cool.

9 – Justin – This kid shows up only to stare at the painting in front of him.
To get the painting go to Merlin’s Art (WMap 81) and take Wendala with you, he’ll do it for free :p
10 – Arkas – This guy that looks like a demon shows up when this room, Wendala’s, is built. Guess what he is doing there :p
11 – Zoo, the Demon – This is another party member Smile
12 – Venom Lycose – A big spider appears when the room is built, just get rid of it.
13 – Monica Peter – You’ll find her in the Casino (MMap 106). I’m not sure if you can get her before defeating Rixian,
but after the party talk to her and accept her to join you in the HQ.
14 – Herasia’s Notebook – Here are recorded the number of times you entered Metrolia by the main gates.
15 – Random’s Puppet – You can buy Random’s puppet after winning 4 team fight on the Coliseum (WMap 70) It will cost you 500PP.
16 – Lucinda – You’ll find her in her House (MMap 90) If you talk to her with someone else in your party,
she’ll give Random a Love Ring, if you talk to her with Random alone, she’ll come to your HQ
17 – Batabog the Minotaur King – This is another party member Smile
18 – Dave – Dave, as well with Vision and Seether will join you after you start the 3Dazer quest. He offers to remove all the things you have equipped.
19 – Animals – You can buy them in the Pet Shop (WMap 76). The rat costs 550PP, the sheep 1820PP and the Soulsower 2790PP.
20 – Baretta the Artefact Maker - This is another party member Smile She sells Pet Food and Sharks here.
21 – Vision – Vision, as well with Dave and Seether will join you after you start the 3Dazer quest.
He can show you the playtime, number of battles engaged and escaped and the number of times you saved the game.
22 – Lady Darlene – You’ll be able to get her during Luba’s 3Dazer quest in the Giants Fortress (WMap 23)
23 – Coline – Coline is in the Inn of Bridge-Wall(MMap 76), accept her for free, and she’ll come with her children.
Later she’ll offer to sell you a Kaleidos Walls Menu called Temple of Yveen, it costs 780PP.
24 – Jezzie, the Ax-Wielder - This is another party member Smile
25 – Seether – Seether, as well with Vision and Dave will join you after you start the 3Dazer quest. Unlike the others, he has no special feature Sad
26 – Louis Valmont – You can find him in the Home of Gordon, Reiner and Sam (MMap 69).
He is a Mathematician, can show you all the stats Vision can show you plus the number of victories. If you take him, you won’t be able to get Berger (27)
27 – Berger – He is a priest you can find in the Cult of Evil (WMap 84) If you take him you won’t be able to get Louis Valmont (26).
28 – Baby Dragon – You can find him in the Secret Place (WMap 31)
29 – Nash the Druk - This is another party member Smile
30 – Sharaffus – You can find him in the Orc Gymnasium (WMap 80) DO NOT KIIL HIM! After killing all the orcs keep talking to him until he joins.
He wanted to be in a crowded area so he left Baretta’s (20) Room and came to the Training Room here.
31 – Anna – Comes with Van Helsing (32)
32 – Van Helsing, the Hunter - This is another party member Smile
33 – Jasp – You can find him in the Ancient Dwarven Cave (WMap 36)
34 – Richard – You can find him in the Souvenirs from Metrolia (MMap 34)
35 – Torok – He is a pianist you can find in Aglae-Terra (WMap 61)
36 – James – You can find him in Palambo (WMap 117)
37 – Theophistelas – You can find him in Metrolia’s Castle (MMap 1)
He was supposed to teach you the “Change Party Leader” spell but it seems to be bugged Sad
38 – Guanidia, the Flying Chameleon - This is another party member Smile
39 – Blanchard – You can find her in the Dark Order Shrine (WMap 74) but she’ll only join you if you kill Nankcho, the shrine’s ruler.
After having her in your HQ, go to the Modern Sciences Institute (WMap 5Cool. There, talk to her husband, Ryan who is in the middle room.
Then come back to the HQ, talk to her, and take her to her husband. Quest completed Smile
40 – Boris – You can find him in the Nomad Market (WMap 104 is only one of about 5 locations where you can find the market).
He brings Saffron (41) with him.
41 – Saffron – She comes with Boris (40)
42 – Georgie – You can find her in Riga (WMap 102)
43 – Midgo – You’ll find him in Calambro (WMap 72)
44 – Andrew – You’ll find him in Tongo-Boga (WMap 77)
45 – Matthew – Matthew is a story teller. You can find him in the Unknown Temple in Mosquito Swamp (WMap 15).
When you enter the temple, go north, then south-east from there and go downstairs. He is in this room, south-west from the stairs you just came from.
Get him the very first time you enter the Temple, I tried several days later and he wasn’t there, so get him in day 3
46 – Jukebox – The Jukebox can be acquired after killing Rixian, just go to AKD STUDIOS (Music Recording) (MMap 57). It costs only 2600PP!
47 – Christine – This is the girl you had to brought back to the house of Pleasure (WMap 83), she was in the Dark Order Shrine (WMap 74).
After bringing her back talk to her, and she’ll give you the key to a chest nearby containing Calisto. Take it and then keep talking to her until she joins you.
48 – Leila – You’ll find her in Sandour Inn (MMap 52)
49 – Guld, the Labrador - This is another party member Smile
50 – Dancing Queens of Lantin – you can buy these flowers in Lantin (WMap 92). They cost 1000PP! There’s one more near Random’s Puppet (15)
51 – Minako – You’ll find her in Sandronista, that ancient city in the island with the Pyramid.
52 – Rosa, the Nereid - This is another party member Smile
53 – Henrik and Bruce – It seems that both of them like this spot, so you can only get one of them.
When you pick one, the other will automatically disappear from its place. Henrik, the one in the black square, can be found in the Coconut Shop (WMap 121).
Bruce, the one in the red square, can be found in the Dark Order Lab.
54 – Harold – You can get him in the Coliseum (WMap 70) He offers to play a dice game.
55 – Amish – You can find him in the Wise Explorer (MMap 19). He sells Whales, Tonic Teas, Antidotes and MP Replenishes.
56 – Alessandra, the Mercenary - This is another party member Smile
57 - Kate – You can find her in Bobo’ Komo (WMap 69).
58 – Linda – She is a doctor you can find in the Fighter’s Guild (MMap 2).
She offers to cure you from Poison, Venom and Sunburn. If you talk to her in the HQ she’ll join you permanently,
and Random learns “Call Linda” spell. Her services aren’t for free, but if you have 0PP she’ll cure you as well.
59 – Christine – You’ll find this Christine in the Feared Castle of Kjeldar (MMap 8Cool.
After you kill everything in there she’ll show up near the gate where the Silver Guards crew was.
Take her before attempting Lucida, or else she’ll die.
60 – Terry – Terry, as you can see is a harp player. You’ll find him in Palambo (WMap 117).
You can’t get him after finishing Lucida, so make sure you get him before attempting it.
Two more things: You can find Allen in the Lansdowne Leynefeeld Manor (MMap 13),
he’ll go not to your HQ but to the Silver Eagle Inn (MMap 4), where he’ll find a hole in the wall,
explore it and you’ll find 3 Fruits of the Mist inside a chest, and a locked door.
You can buy a little bird in Our Beloved Pets (MMap 50), it costs 50PP and goes to the Silver Eagle Inn as well (MMap 4).
