need help with granit tower maze

can anybody give direction to clear the maze in the granit tower, the one made of tombstones that has ghosts and zombies roaming the place? I can't seem to see any exit off the maze. moxy's walkthru said that the maze isn't very hard. really? I've been trying to solve the maze for two days now, still no joy. where's this Crisi character mentioned in the walkthru? thanks

If i remember correctly you want to to stay on the eastern side of the maze and it is a snake like pattern along the east side, and at some point you will go down towards the middle of the eastern side of the maze and snake up ... you will see Crisi at the top blocking an entrance to the next section.

okay, defeated titanix & Co. now I'm proceeding inside the building. The question is, how to open the locked door (middle and left)? nothing inside the right room, just a big hole.

did you try stepping into the big hole from different spots around the hole?

yup, tried that, nothing happened
