I finally got the fairy salt, but when I got to Jezzie's house, I saw a skeleton in Jezzie's room.

where did u get the fairy salt? Jezzie died in my game too:( I think the quest has to be finished after saving the Guardians...

Jezzie dies if you retrieve the Gem from the pit of fire before bringing her the Fairy Salt. So After Evil Tower, Just teliport to Rillia and give the Fairy Salt to Jezzie ASAP.
