I. How do you obtain wendie's equipments from her former master's house. II. How do you Complete Sarah's spider killing quest that was given by the humongous toad near mosquito swamp.

Okay. I got part II. of the question. I needed herasia in my party. Still not able to figure out the location of lord zarmon tomb.

you need the airplane to find the cave of lord zarmon.you can do it after 3 dazer. and you must have wendala in your party to enter. if i remember it's right from house of pain and up from colliseum.
