It says in the FAQ that it's in the screen with the narrow path with the green gem
I touched it with rosa, got the bonus but when I return to the guild he still tells me to touch it...but it's gone now!
Am I screwed?

I think so! I think you were supposed to touch it without Rosa first, defeat Queen of Luban-Erya to beat the quest, THEN check it with Rosa to get the bonus. Terrible glitch indeed! I wish I knew how to access the database, I'd try to find a way to fix it, among other stuff that went unfixed!

One suggestion I found out worked best in this game. If you're doing a quest always save before it and then don't save in the same place until you check that the quest is completed and you can take the next one(if there is one).
