| As far as spells are concerned now I just need to know if any level-independent spells are learnable in the third game through level ups or other methods. | |

| Can Ulm Overcraft, Razor Sun, Over Bolt, Air Boomer or Carnivor Water be learned in ways other then imports in the third game? Those are the the only ones that are import limited. | |

Luciana can learn Over Bolt in the third game, and Guanidia can learn Carnivor Water as well. But yeah, it seems the other two spells are import-limited, but I may be wrong here. | |

There are, but I can't know if it applies to all such spells. | |
